Specialized knowledge of EEIP experts contributes to the high quality of services provided in the following industries: petrochemical industry, chemical industry and plastics industry, automotive industry, food industry, heavy machinery and other fields.
EEIP acted as financial advisor in the privatization of Unipetrol, the third largest privatization transaction in the history of Czech Republic. EEIP also participated in the sale of receivables of Czech Consolidation Agency (CKA) for group Unipetrol.
Other significant transactions in the manufacturing industry, in which advisory services of EEIP played a key role include the acquisition of chemical plant Sokolov, privatization of mills plastic Vrbno, process-personnel audit in companies Vitkovice Heavy Machinery and Vitkovice Power Engineering or restructuring of Spolana Neratovice.
