EEIP

EEIP, led by professor Michal Mejstřík, has since its establishment 1991 oriented at turn-key advisory to corporations and governments in solving complex problems, which brings long-lasting loyalty of clients. Its role of leading advisor of the historically largest Central European M&A transaction (acquisition of the entire Czech gas sector worth EUR 4.1 bn) was reflected in 15 years of intense cooperation with RWE, the major European utility company.

Tens of regulatory impact assessment studies (RIA) helped the Czech public sector in making changes to the Czech legislation, among other in transport infrastructure, public procurement, water management etc.). Successfully lead negotiations on state aid in the Czech Republic and Europe backed by unorthodox analyses drafted by EEIP helped to restructure Czech airlines sector (a unique unbundling of Czech Aeroholding), Kongresové centrum Praha or spa hotel Thermal in Karlovy Vary.

EEIP has been a partner to world top consultancy companies and international banks. Its consultants have experience from projects covering more than 30 countries. Since its establishment, has EEIP participated on more than 80 transactions, while total revenues of these amount to several billion EUR.

EEIP was founded in 1991 by its chairman and CEO professor Michal Mejstřík, who  extended his qualification at London School of Economics during 1990 – 91. He presently teaches as professor of banking and finance at Institute of Economic Studies of the Charles University in Prague, which he himself co-founded and which during 17 years of his directorship attained status of Czech top class academic institution.
