ZVU
Since its establishment in 1869 the ZVU Group gained extensive knowledge and experience in all fields of its activity; it disposes of process technology for breweries, sugar factories, and for some chemical processes. At the same time, ZVU is a supplier firm with experience from construction and putting large investments into operation.
In 2000-2001, EEIP acted as a financial advisor of the majority shareholder of ZVU Group. EEIP provided its consulting services during the sale of ZVU shares and by the resolution of ZVU liabilities against the Czech Consolidation Bank.
