In 2019, EEIP prepared for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the analysis of the use of financial instruments within the official development assistance (ODA) as a part of BETA2 project financed by TACR.
RIA for the government regulation supporting the revitalization of brownfields for non-economic use (2020)
In 2020, the EEIP carried out a Regulatory Impact Assessment and prepared a final RIA report for the Ministry of Regional Development on a draft government regulation on the conditions for supporting the revitalization of brownfields for non-economic use.

In 2019, EEIP prepared the Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) for the Ministry of Industry and Trade how to implement the Directive (EU) 2018/1972 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 establishing the European Electronic Communications Code.
