Advisory to Insolvency Trustees

A principal activity of an insolvency trustee is the crisis management of a company after in insolvency. The major objective is to reach an optimal resolution of insolvency for creditors and other interested parties. According to the particular situation of the insolvent company, the resolution might take a form of reorganization through the debt restructuring, issue of shares, or through the debt financing of companies’ operations (and any other form or their combination according to the Insolvency Act). Another option is a conversion of companies’ assets or a direct public sale of the company. The insolvency trustee should operate independently and protect common interests of creditors.
