Korfil

KORFIL a.s. is a project company, whose aim is the construction of bioethanol plant with a capacity of 1 million hectoliters per year. During the project, the company ran into difficulties with the sources of funding and it was declared bankrupt.
EEIP provided the company KORFIL and its shareholders the advisory in the process of insolvency (data processing for the moratorium, reorganization plan preparation, negotiations with creditors) and was also ensuring the process of finding an investor of the project.
