RIA for transposition of the EU Directive 2007/65/ES (2007)

EEIP also prepared RIA on the transposition of the EU Directive 2007/65/ES in the Czech legislation. EEIP evaluated the impacts of regulatory changes in the area of television broadcasting as well as the effects of newly introduced audio-visual services (on-demand). Within the RIA, EEIP was responsible for a detailed mapping of the market for audio-visual market services and assessment of the transposition impacts in six relevant areas. EEIP also represented the Ministry of Culture by the resolution of propositions to the RIA that arose during the external proceeding.
