zInfo – tool for transparent information on public procurement

EEIP develops software platform zInfo.cz (certified by Ministry of regional development), which enables institutions to inform on their procurement practice, going beyond their legal duties. Major features of the application:

• Possibility to monitor procurement processes of subordinate institutions, daughter firms etc.. but also possibility of advanced visibility restrictions inside own institution.
• Maximum simplicity, enabling to quickly publish even all below-threshold procurements
• Internal processes facilitation – credible records of approvals including precise historical forms of approved documents
• Follows the opendata standard developed by EEIP (together with Ministry of regional development, Charles university and NGO Oživení), see OpenData standard for public procurement
