Study Tour to the CR on Capacity Building of Uzbek Specialist in the Area of Reforming Public Financial Management System

The main objective of the consultancy work was to organize a study tour to the Czech Republic in order to familiarize Uzbek experts from the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, the State Treasury and Regional Departments of the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan with Czech experience in financial and economic development transformation, with focus on public financial management reforming process that included budget policies formulation, performance-based budgeting and mid-term budget planning, public sector accounting and reporting systems, treasury execution, and etc.
