Vítkovice Machinery Group

In second half of 2013 EEIP began to perform process-pernonnel audit in company Vitkovice Power Engineering. The analysis of internal processes continued by the audit of Vítkovice Heavy Machinery. The  process-pernonnel audit included an analysis of the required capacity for individual positions and suggestions to improve the efficiency. In addition to setting optimal processes and capacities, the audit included a business analysis and associated strategy.
