Tenders and Selection Procedures

EEIP offers advisory in the area of both public and private tenders related to the financing acquisition from the EU Funds. EEIP offers complex consulting services to the tender providers in the all phases of the tender proceeding:

• Advisory in the period before tender announcement
• Provision of the whole tender proceeding – identification of suitable type of proceeding, preparation of qualification documentation, communication with relevant institutions, provision of supply contracts etc.
• Communication with administrative and regulatory authorities, negotiation with suppliers etc.

EEIP is also able to provide advisory to bidders applying for a contract in the particular tender proceeding:

• Continuous monitoring of tender announcements in the areas relevant for client activities
• Elaboration of relevant documentation and submission of the tender bid
• Communication with relevant authorities in all phases of a tender proceeding
