Training in regulation impact assessment (RIA)

Training is composed of introduction to the topic – what is RIA, institutional framework in the Czech Republic, cases failing under RIA as a appendix to explanatory memorandum with objective of the Act or exceptions from the process, content of a final RIA report and its parts. Second part of the training shows examples of good and bad execution of RIA submitted to RIA commission. Such examples allow to understand reasoning behind individual parts of the RIA process and strengthening knowledge acquired in the theoretical part of the training, Training is finished with short practical exercise.
