Advisory to Creditors

EEIP provides advisory services to both individual creditors and creditors’ committees during the insolvency proceeding (during the moratorium, reorganization drafting and implementation, bankruptcy announcement etc.). EEIP experts offer to clients a complex support in every phase of the insolvency proceedings:

• Drafzingof documentation before the insolvency proceeding (preparation of a insolvency proposal, submission of creditors’ claims, establishment of creditors’ committee, negotiation)
• Identification of a suitable legal representative with experience in the area of insolvency/bankruptcy law
• Representation in the relevant creditors’ bodies (committees)
• Assistance to creditors and creditors’ committees by negotiations with a debtor, other creditors and with insolvency administrator regarding the settlement conditions (conditions of reorganization plan, organization of creditors meeting etc.)
• Assistance to creditors and creditors’ committees by negotiations with investors about methods and conditions of a foreclosure of debtor’s assets
