Consultancy for the EU institutions
In the 2006 – 2008 EEIP provided its consulting services as a subcontractor in several contracts for the European Commission. EEIP was mainly responsible for analysis of functioning and development of the information society in the Czech Republic (though in the case of eLearning EEIP was partly responsible for the synthesis report covering all 10 new EU member states)
- The output of the contract „Next steps in developing Information Society Services in New Member States“, in which EEIP acted as a subcontracor of ICEG European Center, were the studies analyzing the functioning and development of „eGovernment, eHealth and eBusiness“ in the Czech Republic and the development of „eLearning“ in the Czech Republic and the other states that accessed EU in the 2004. Full title of the study was „Factors and impacts in the Information Society: a Prospective Analysis in the Candidate Countries“

- In the contract for European Commission „Broadband Coverage in Europe“ EEIP was (as a subcontractor of ICEG European Center in 2006 – 2008) responsible for the preparation of study on the level of utilization of broadband technologies in the Czech Republic.
