Regulatory impact Assessment
EEIP offers preparation of RIA document both in its simplified form (small RIA) and in the form of full quantitative assessment (large RIA).
Among EEIP landmark transactions in the field of RIA belong:
- RIA of the Water Act
- RIA of the proposal for Preservation of the Monuments Act
- RIA of the EU Television Broadcasting Directive broadcasting
- RIA of the proposal for Public Transport Act
- RIA of the proposal for Cinematography Act
Apart from complete preparation of RIA documents, EEIP offers also processing of particular analyses and base studies related to the RIA. This service is suited for public administration authorities as well as for private sector subjects interested in active participation in the development of new legislation.
