EEIP is a specialist in the restructuring and crisis management for firms in bankruptcy and is able to provide all interested parties with an efficient and fast support. EEIP offers advisory to creditors, companies in crisis and insolvency and consulting services for insolvency administrators.
Key transactions include successful restructuring of CKD DS Transportation Systems that applied, in the Czech Republic by then unknown, method of a “revitalization bankruptcy” . EEIP further contributed to the financial restructuring of the companies Nafta Gbely, Walter Engines and Spolana. In 2009 EEIP provided the company KORFIL and its shareholders with the advisory during the insolvency process (data processing for the moratorium, reorganization plan preparation, negotiations with creditors) and was also ensuring the process of finding an investor for the project.
The success in revitalization and subsequent sale of CKD DS Transportation Systems significantly influenced Czech legislators during preparations of the new Insolvency Act. EEIP exports regularly perform at international forums and conferences dealing with the management of companies in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Extensive experience with the restructuring of problem companies, a strong academic background and experience of EEIP experts with respect to the new Insolvency Law makes EEIP suitable partner for the companies in crisis.
