Joint stock company EEIP a.s., established in May 1991, is one
of the most important Czech companies active in
the field of consulting services for mergers and acquisitions,
privatizations, corporate finance, preparation of corporate
subjects for the operation within the European Union and in
gaining EU fund resources.

Top position: In the last five years EEIP has been ranked among the top seven most successful financial advisory companies according to the Book of Lists issued by PBJ. Since its establishment in 1991 EEIP has participated in more than 70 transactions totaling several billion Euro in revenues (for example the revenues from privatization sale of National Property Fund's share in Transgas and eight regional distribution companies reached Euro 4.1 billion). EEIP's prominent clients are for example RWE Group and European Commission. From 2006 EEIP is a partner of Raiffeisen Investment in the Czech Republic. In June 2007, Raiffeisen Investment has also annouced a cooperation with the American investment bank Lazard in the area of mergers and acquisitions in the Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia and Turkey.
