Thanks to extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of large estates, EEIP is able to provide adequate financial advisory services for the privatizations of state assets. In addition to the preparation of a privatization project and the identification of suitable partners, EEIP is also involved in the arrangement of tenders proceedings according to international standards and the preparation of detailed negotiations on the conditions of privatization.
