Cooperation with foreign partners (Raiffeisen Investment and Lazard)
Since January, 2006 EEIP is a partner of Raiffeisen Investment in the Czech Republic in the area of mergers and acquisitions in the central European region. In June 2007, Raiffeisen Investment also announced cooperation with the American investment bank Lazard in the field of mergers and acquisitions in the Central and Eastern Europe, including Russia and Turkey. EEIP therefore provides its services also to the Lazard’s clients in the region and has a possibility to offer its own clients potential of the worldwide Lazard network.
Wide multinational network of its partners enables EEIP easier access to potential foreign investors and better services for our clients.
