Advisory mandate for RWE
Advisory mandate for RWE Group followed successful sale of Transgas and eight regional distribution companies in 2002 - the most successful privatization in the Czech Republic.
Post-acquisition consultant services for RWE Group include:
- monitoring of market with natural gas, electricity, fossil fuels and renewable sources
- forecasts of future development at the relevant markets
- analyses of regulatory changes at utility markets and their impact on RWE Group’s business activities
- evaluation of technological trends in the utilities sector and their potential application in the RWE’s business activities
- continuous assessment of risks and opportunities for RWE Group with respect to the development of utility, emission permits trading, planned pipe-line routes etc.
