Joint stock company EEIP, a.s. belongs persistently among the most dynamic Czech consultancy companies, providing services in areas of mergers and aquisitions, restructuring and corporate finance. Furthermore it specializes on delivering financial/economic analyses and regulatory impact assessment (RIA) for both public and corporate clients. Among collaborative partners of EEIP belong world top consultancy companies and international banks. Its consultants have experience from projects covering more than 30 different countries. During its existence since 1991 has EEIP participated on more than 75 transactions, while total revenues of these ammount to several billion EUR. Amongts its notable clients belong for example RWE Group, Dr.Oetker Group, European commission and some of Czech goverment agencies.
EEIP company was founded in 1991 by its chairman and CEO Prof. Ing. Michal Mejstřík, CSc., who in years 1990-91 extended his qualification at London School of Economics. He presently teaches as profesor of banking and finance at Institute of Economic Studies, Charles University in Prague, which he himself co-founded and which during 17 years of his directorship attained status of Czech top class academic institution. Prof. Mejstřík is member of NERV (group of independent economists counseling Czech government) and chair of Czech branch of International Chamber of commerce.
